Randy is a Detroit native. He attended Eastern Michigan University where he met Coco and began singing and touring with the Eastern Michigan University Madrigal Singers. Randy also performed and toured internationally with the University Choir, the Chamber Choir and the opera workshop. He studied theatre and communications and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Secondary Education in English and Communications. Randy is currently working at a High School in the Metro Detroit area, as a drama and English teacher. He has directed many plays and musicals, such as, "Little Shop of Horrors", "Godspell", "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and most recently, "Tartouffe". He is also instrumental in helping with the yearly talent show and is the director of the step team and the diversity club. Randy finished his Master's Degree in theatre at Roosevelt University in Chicago in December 2007. When Randy isn't at school, he
volunteers his time to perform with a two man group called The Balladaires, who perform
for many local nursing homes and retirement centers in the Metro Detroit
area. Randy has also been a member of the
St. Clair Shores Players as an
actor and director and many other local theatre troupes as well as a member of the Gospel Octet
Impromp2.
